Terms of Use

Welcome to SyarQ. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read carefully before using SyarQ services.

1. Service Definition

SyarQ is a service akuntan virtual dan konsultan keuangan yang dikelola oleh PT Konten Digital Indonesia (Kodigi), berdomisili di Jl. Sukoharjo Indah B23, Ngaglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta. SyarQ services include bookkeeping, PSAK EMKM financial report preparation, tax reporting, financial consultation, ERP system setup, and other related services listed on syarq.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, choosing a service package, or using SyarQ services in any form, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use SyarQ services.

3. Client Usage Rights

As a SyarQ client, you have the right to:

  • Receive services according to the selected package and agreed cooperation agreement.
  • Access financial reports and documents generated from your business transactions.
  • Ask questions and consult with the SyarQ team according to the service scope.
  • Request correction for errors proven to result from SyarQ team negligence.

4. Client Obligations

As a SyarQ client, you are obligated to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely documents, data, and financial information according to the agreed schedule.
  • Ensure all data submitted to SyarQ is valid and does not violate the law.
  • Make payments according to the agreed package and schedule.
  • Do not distribute SyarQ methods, templates, or work systems to third parties without written permission.
  • Promptly notify SyarQ of significant business condition changes that may affect the service.

5. Data Confidentiality

SyarQ is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client financial data and business information. Seluruh staf SyarQ terikat perjanjian kerahasiaan (NDA). Client data will not be shared with third parties without explicit client consent, unless required by applicable Indonesian law.

Pengelolaan data dilakukan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP). Informasi lebih lanjut tersedia di SyarQ Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability (Limitation of Liability)

SyarQ is not responsible for:

  • Losses arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late data submitted by the client.
  • Business decisions made based on SyarQ-generated financial reports without further confirmation.
  • Changes in tax or accounting regulations after reports are completed.
  • Service disruption due to force majeure, including natural disasters, power outages, or network issues outside SyarQ's control.

SyarQ's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the total payment received from the client for the relevant service period.

7. Cancellation and Termination Policy

Cancellation by Client: Klien dapat mengakhiri langganan dengan memberikan pemberitahuan tertulis minimal 30 hari sebelum tanggal penagihan berikutnya. Pembayaran yang sudah dilakukan tidak dapat dikembalikan (non-refundable), kecuali disepakati lain secara tertulis.

Termination by SyarQ: SyarQ may terminate services unilaterally if the client:

  • Is more than 14 calendar days late on payment without confirmation.
  • Terbukti memberikan data palsu atau menyesatkan.
  • Uses SyarQ services for activities that violate Indonesian law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, work methods, report templates, and systems used by SyarQ belong to PT Konten Digital Indonesia and are protected by Indonesian intellectual property law. Clients only receive usage rights for outputs, such as financial reports, generated from their own data.

9. Perubahan Terms of Use

SyarQ berhak mengubah Terms of Use ini sewaktu-waktu. Perubahan akan diberitahukan melalui email atau pengumuman di website syarq.com minimal 7 hari sebelum berlaku. Continued service usage after changes is considered acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

Terms of Use ini tunduk pada dan diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia. Any dispute arising from SyarQ service usage will be resolved through mutual discussion. Apabila tidak tercapai kesepakatan, perselisihan akan diselesaikan melalui Pengadilan Negeri Sleman, Yogyakarta.
