How much does SyarQ service cost per month?
The SyarQ + Agent package (Platform + AI Assistant) starts from Rp 20,000 per day. The SyarQ Core package is available with custom pricing through sales. Are there any additional setup fees?
There are no hidden setup fees. Onboarding, Chart of Accounts configuration, platform integration, and basic usage training are included in the package. The initial consultation before subscribing is also free with no commitment.
Process & Onboarding
How long does it take for monthly financial reports to be ready?
Financial reports are available in real time on the SyarQ dashboard anytime. For official monthly reports (Laba Rugi, Neraca, Arus Kas sesuai PSAK EMKM), they are usually ready within 3-5 business days after month-end closing. Read: Types of MSME financial reports.
How does onboarding for new SyarQ clients work?
Proses onboarding SyarQ selesai dalam 1–3 hari kerja. SyarQ Team akan memandu setup Chart of Accounts, integrasi platform, konfigurasi AI Assistant, dan sesi training. Paket Enterprise disertai dedicated onboarding manager.
What documents should clients prepare to start?
Basic documents: business legality data (NIB or company deed), last 3 months of bank statements, asset and debt lists, and unrecorded transaction data. SyarQ Team akan membantu proses rekonstruksi jika previous bookkeeping has not been organized.
Are reports from SyarQ valid for tax and audit needs?
